You can access your American Trust Bank account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With your American Trust Card, make cash withdrawals and balance inquiries at thousands of ATMs worldwide. Loan payments and deposits may be made at the LaFollette, Lenoir City, and Homberg Drive ATMs. Also, you can use your American Trust Card to make withdrawals at any ATM in the Continental U.S. without charge.

To Use
  • Dial 1-866-703-7880 and follow the prompts to set up your access, including selecting your PIN.
  • Make sure to use In Touch at least once every 120 days.
  • For security purposes, if you do not use it at least once every 120 days, your account will become inactive and you will need to call the bank to reactivate your account.
